What data we collect
The data you give us when you write: your name, a phone number or email so we can reply, and what you tell us about your plan (how many of you, which day, what you have in mind).
We don't ask for payment details on the website: payment is arranged separately when the booking is confirmed.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare your booking and, once confirmed, provide the service. Also to meet our legal obligations (invoices, for example).
Why we are allowed to use it
Because you give it to us when you write (your consent), and because we need it to handle your request and, where relevant, to perform the contract.
Who we share it with
The website form reaches our inbox through Web3Forms, which only acts as the messenger.
The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches those files from Google. We don't sell or hand over your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where there is a contract or invoice, as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to quiero@jugovivo.com.
If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and preferences
This website uses no tracking cookies. It only saves your language and colour preferences in your browser, with no personal data. It's all in the cookie policy.
